"Going round and round" - What a way to describe these situations Jeanette. So true. Enjoyed reading it as it made perfect sense. Being in a community of likeminded who could be the lighthouse is such a blessing

So glad it hit home Tariq! Yes we never know who'll be our lighthouse unless we ask.

The idea of 'resetting the GPS' is such a great way to describe the clarity we can find when we ask for help. And bringing Mr Bean into the mix made it both lighthearted and impactful!

Thanks for sharing it, Jeanette!

P.S. Just FYI, Mr Bean had to drive through a roundabout! ;)

Oh thank you so much for sharing. Of course he did, in one of my favorite skits.

Great analogy. I can go round and round multiple roundabouts at the same time!

Me too. Every now and again I just go around.

Maybe we'll meet on one of them one day! Round and Round!

Love the imagery in this post Jeanette and that's exactly how it feels! Going around and around.

Talking out loud with others who care helps break that cycle, questions our assumptions and helps us prioritise what we need in the moment.

Such a powerful way to reset and yet so very simple.

If in doubt and mentally churning, ask for help.

Find the people who want to do it.

They're out there.

It is a simple solution but sometimes, in the going round, we forget to reach out.

100% Jeanette.

Often we don't even realise what the next best step is.

Valuable to have articles like this to remind us.
